Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using Links by BeggiBeggi or visiting links.beggibeggi.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Links lets you build a profile page, share contact and social details, use physical cards, scan QR codes, and optionally keep an encrypted backup.
3. Your content
You own what you publish. By making a profile public, you give us a limited license only to host and display it at your profile URL.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Links to:
- Impersonate a person or brand without permission.
- Squat on a well-known person’s or brand’s username to block them (see Notable usernames).
- Distribute malware, phishing, or deceptive links.
- Publish illegal, harassing, or defamatory content.
- Infringe others’ rights.
- Attack or overload the service.
5. Hardware
Official Links Cards are provided as-is. Passive cards need no battery. We are not responsible for wear, demagnetization, or third-party card issues.
6. Free Card waitlist offer
From time to time we may offer a free Links Card to waitlist members. The following applies to that offer:
- The card is free. We do not charge for the physical card hardware under this offer.
- You pay for delivery. Shipping and postage are your responsibility. When your card is ready to claim, you must pay the delivery cost shown at claim time before we ship.
- Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a card. Supply is limited. We may pause, change, or end the offer, and we may refuse or cancel abusive or duplicate signups.
- Unless we say otherwise, the offer is limited to one free card per person and per email address.
- We contact you by email when a card is ready. You must complete claim steps (including paying delivery) within any deadline we give. Unclaimed offers may be released.
By joining the waitlist you confirm you have read and agree to these Free Card terms.
7. Liability
The service is provided as available, without warranties. To the fullest extent allowed by law, BeggiBeggi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of the service.
8. Accounts & usernames
You may delete your account or profile in the app at any time. After deletion, your username is reserved and held for auction. It stays unavailable until we release it.
When we release a username, we may open it to everybody or reserve it for a specific email address. A username reserved for an email can only be claimed with that email (and the claim token we send to it).
9. Notable usernames & identity reclaim
If someone registers a username that clearly identifies a well-known person or brand before that person or brand can claim it, the rightful holder may ask us to reclaim it.
To request a reclaim, you must show that you control the same username (or an unmistakable equivalent) on more than five large, recognizable platforms (for example major social networks, app stores, or similarly well-known public services). We review evidence and decide case by case. If we approve, we may move the Links username to you — typically by releasing it only to your verified email — and the first registrant loses that handle. The previous holder may be eligible for compensation of up to US$100. Payment is not automatic; we decide whether to pay and how much, and the amount will never exceed US$100.
Reclaim is not automatic. Impersonation and trademark abuse remain prohibited under acceptable use. Email hello@beggibeggi.com to start a reclaim request.
